These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of this website.

3. Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked through our official booking system. By booking an appointment, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact information
Arrive on time to your scheduled appointment
Follow all salon policies outlined during the booking process
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, staffing needs, or scheduling conflicts.
4. Pricing & Services
Service pricing listed on the booking platform is subject to change at any time. Pricing may vary based on:
Hair length
Amount of product used
Time required
Service complexity
Quotes provided during consultations are estimates and may be adjusted during the appointment if additional services are required.
5. Consultations
Some services require a consultation (such as extensions, color corrections, or bridal services).
During your consultation, we may:
Assess your hair’s condition
Provide recommendations
Determine service eligibility
Estimate pricing and time requirements
Consultation fees may be applied to future services.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Reservations are essential for the Amanda Creates Beauty experience. I ask that we work together and make every reasonable effort to commit to an agreed-upon schedule. I understand your time is valuable. Please understand, my reservation times are a commodity that, if unused, I can’t replace. Vacant appointments are unrecoverable opportunities for me to serve customers and earn a living. As a mom, though, I understand that life happens! Under unusual circumstances, you may need to make a scheduling adjustment. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, there is no charge to the client. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a 50% fee of your scheduled service(s) will be charged. If you fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged the full 100% of the services booked.
By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy:
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations under 24 hours may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled services
No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled services
These fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.
7. Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is permitted. Each client’s appointment and experience is important. I want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. I understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, so I allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes:
Your service may need to be modified
You may be asked to reschedule
A late fee may apply depending on time lost
We will always do our best to accommodate you, but maintaining the schedule is important for all clients.
8. Children & Guests Policy
Children are loved and welcomed in the salon if they have a hair appointment. However, because of limited space, I do not have a facility to accommodate children or extra guests who are not scheduled for beauty services. Please make child care accommodations prior to your visit and come alone. All children with an appointment for beauty services must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their appointment time. There is a limited waiting area outside of my suite if an added guest needs to wait for you during your appointment.
Due to limited space and safety considerations:
Children under 10 are only permitted if they have a scheduled appointment
Additional guests may be asked to wait outside the suite
Unscheduled children or guests cannot accompany you inside the salon suite
This ensures a safe, quiet, and relaxing environment for all clients. Thank you for understanding.
9. Bridal & On-Site Services
Free consultations are available for brides to learn more about on-location beauty experiences and rates. A contract and retainer fee can secure your date. Sundays, holidays and out-of-state travel are available upon request; additional fees may apply.
Bridal services require:
A signed contract
A retainer fee
Final payment by the agreed-upon date
Travel fees may apply for on-site services.
Cancellations must follow the terms outlined in the bridal contract.
10. Gift Cards & Payments
We accept major forms of electronic payment.
Gift cards:
Are not refundable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Must be presented at the time of service
All sales of products and gift cards are final.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, branding, and design — is the property of Amanda Creates Beauty unless otherwise noted.
